To fully factor: 216 − (x + 4)³, we treat it as a difference of cubes: a³ − b³. We need both terms written as perfect cubes.
you: how do I know to use difference of cubes?
Good question. (x + 4)³ being cubed is the clue we need difference of cubes, so 216 has to be a cube too. Run through small cubes: 1³ = 1, 2³ = 8 … 6³ = 216, and there it is.

HOW IT WORKS
Understand first. Then practice makes it stick.
In class it's one explanation at one pace, and the lesson moves on whether or not it landed. Most apps just hand you 500 questions and wish you luck. We explain the concept until it actually clicks, check that it did, then drill it.
Learn the concept
Short, clear explanations. Not getting it? Ask for it another way, as many times as it takes, like sitting next to a tutor.
Show you've got it
The lesson only advances once you've understood. Nobody gets rushed past a step.
Practice for the test
Targeted problems that match what Ontario tests actually ask.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS
What our students are saying.
“During exams, all I needed was a laptop, easy to access and easy to use. It's better than Quizlet because it's more tailored to me, and the questions are extremely close to my actual tests. The grading at the end even made it fun.”
Catherine
“Simple to use and genuinely helpful as extra practice alongside class. Everything's tailored to the Ontario curriculum instead of generic questions pulled from anywhere.”
Myra
“I like seeing the question first, then the solution. You can follow each step and see exactly where you went wrong, instead of just getting a final answer.”
Linda
“It's organized and easy to navigate. The questions are tailored to my course, not the same generic problems you'd find online.”
Skylar
“I went through the practice tests before my exam, and by test day I felt a lot more confident walking in. It improved my grade a ton!”
